Please read the policies below and fill out the form so we're both on the same page before your first walk. Takes about two minutes.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a walk whenever possible. Same-day cancellations may still be charged, since that time is held for your dog.
Walks continue in normal rain, heat, or cold with appropriate precautions. In severe weather (thunderstorms, extreme heat, ice), I'll reach out to reschedule or swap the walk for a shorter drop-in.
Payment is due via Venmo after each visit, or on a recurring schedule we agree on together.
I strongly encourage the use of a harness over a collar-only setup, as it's the safest approach for walks. If you don't have one, I'm happy to provide one at no cost during our walks together. If you'd prefer to use something else, that's something we can work out case by case in person.
I take photos and send updates during walks and visits so you can see how your dog is doing. By booking with me, you're okay with photos of your dog being shared with you this way.
I take every reasonable precaution to keep your dog safe and secure during our time together. That said, working with animals carries some inherent risk, and by booking services you agree that I'm not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unforeseeable accidents, or incidents outside my direct control. I carry pet care liability insurance for added peace of mind. For everyone's safety and transparency, I also wear a body camera during walks and visits, which helps document what happens in case anything is ever in question.
